Threat: Future is unknown because of sale of parking lot, which could be replaced by a high-rise, ruining the sightlines of the building, and jeopardizing use through lack of parking facilities.

Designed by Atlanta architect Philip Shutze as the headquarters for the Medical Association of Atlanta, this Neo-Classical Revival building is listed on the National Register for Historic Places and designated a Landmark by the City of Atlanta. Its restoration in the 1980s received an Atlanta Urban Design Commission Award of Excellence.
